This was an episode on CSI... they daughter went along with it knowing that once her dad was found innocent based on the "doubt" she brought into his trial, he couldn't be tried again. Then all she had to do was rescind her confession since there was no proof that she did it because he really did it not her...
I'm not sure which way to go with this. If he really did it and blames her then I'm all for a hanging. But then I think of the kids that kill in the real world as well as the multitude of movies (Michael Myers, Jason, Damien)....it's hard nowadays to be able to believe in a teen's innocence.
What's their physical evidence? Do they have the knife? Whose prints are on the knife? Is the girl physically strong enough to plunge the knife that deep?
