Man impersonates brother, has sex with his gf

BOSTON — A woman who had sex with her boyfriend's brother in her darkened room late one night claimed she was raped, saying the man tricked her into the act by impersonating her boyfriend.

I don't know if I buy that she didn't know it was not her boyfriend......but if that really was the case, I think it should have been considered rape because she would not have consented had she known it wasn't her boyfriend.

(maybe bf found out, and she had to think of a story fast)

Possibly, but I would think even if they WERE twins, they still might "work it" a bit differently.....wouldn't she notice that? Or would she think her bf was just trying things a little differently? :shrug:

I,m guessing she's having a guilt complex and this is her way of covering up so as to save face in the eyes of her boyfriend. Girl sounds like a real classs act.......The boy friend should run the other way
