I can't believe that made it to court much less to print. That's far too dysfunctional. Given their age, living arrangement, and the wierdness of it all, the most she can hope to get for him is help, and maybe some for herself.

I wouldn't say he was a rapest but he is definitely a sex offender. Wonder if she could've shot his penis off within seconds and called it a fit of rage.

That case was before my adult time.

I think there should be an eye for an eye, the eye of the gun shoots the eye of the "gun".

Sex is tricky, if it's good its hard for anyone to stop in the middle even women, and if there is some sexual tension already there btwn the gf and the brother then why would she stop? But, if she is feeling guilty afterwards then she was wrong for taking it to the courts. If he truly decieved her then he needs help and I imagine that would be seriously creepy and could eff with one's mind.
