Well, he doesnt stick to animals that are already dead....

Hathaway was found guilty in April 2005 of felony mistreatment of an animal after he killed a horse with the intention of having sex with it. He was sentenced to 18 months in jail and two years of extended supervision on that charge

why send him to jail, send him to psych ward? actually if he's in prison, he will finally get some from an actual person, his fellow inmates.

I would never do what he did. However if some sicko whats to go around and have sex with road kill that is their own business.

In this case he should get whatever punishment people get for killing a horse.

If you kill a horse because you want to have sex with it or you kill a hoarse simply because you don't like them its all the same.
