What an idiot, everyone knows that you can't smack a ##### until after you marry her!
Please, I cannot believe you said that. Although if you are a marine, I guess its something a marine would say. By the way, did you know the Marine Corp is a Department of the Navy?.................

GO NAVY! :lmao:

Why would you say that? I'd bet any money that he's hit her before, and she still said she'd marry the #######. This may be the first time she's been knocked unconscious. Other than that, sounds like this is a case of SSDD for this couple.

When I read the story I thought the same thing. Even though alchohol was involved the guy's behavior definitely shows he's violent and abusive. If she is smart she'd end the engagement because this could basically be a sign of what her marriage will be like.

As the confrontation escalated, Taboh began breaking the windows of Mujerm's car with a steering wheel lock, police said.

I'm NOT - and I repeat NOT - defending hitting women but I couldn't help but notice this portion of the story. She began breaking the windows in the car? What does that have to do with his reckless driving? Is she psychotic? They were still in Pennsylvania and had to drive that car back to Lanham or Laurel. What was she thinking?

Sounds like maybe those two need mediation or anger management or both - certainly NOT a marriage license.

PS - you can't own Pit Bulls in PG County - county law. :nono:

I did misread the story and didn't realize it was the woman that started breaking the car windows. I think they both have issues and need anger management, but it just seems like something is missing from the story. They were both apparently fighting but it's wierd that she wasn't charged for damages to his car.

If they both got out of the car to argue why was she carrying a steering wheel lock and what was the other passenger doing while this was all going on (sitting in the car while the she started breaking the windows :eyebrow: ). Guess you had to be there to really know what happened.

I'm not advocating hitting women but it seems to me that the violence started when she started smashing the windows of his car.

The question is, Is there something else he could have done to stop her from smashing any more windows?

I am a firm believer in training your woman right from the start.
as soon as she accepted his marriage proposal, it became his job to train her the proper way to act.
he was well within his rights to crack her in the head.

I failed to supply my woman with proper training until it was too late, now she smacks me with a pan in the head when she gets upset.
That time of the month is a real pain let me tell you.

The first morning of the period I am always greeted with the words YOU BASTARD, then the crack to the head.

I failed in my woman training, It looks like this guy is off to the proper start by letting her know that he owns her, and she will do as he says.

He has done nothing wrong.

I think when a man and/or women physically hit each other and not in a joking/fun way then I think it indicates a serious problem. Since alcohol was involved it's hard to say how he could have stopped her from breaking his windows because alcohol does effect people differently. But I don't think this was the first time this couple fought this way and there seems to be something missing from the story, which I think they lacked to say.

The story reads that they "began arguing about 6 a.m. Monday as they drove home from the party". (Seems wierd that they looked at the clock to know what time they starting fighting.)

He pulls over so they can get out of the car to argue, but as the confrontation escalated she starts breaking his car windows w/the steering wheel lock. (How did she get a steering wheel lock in her hands? If she took it when she got out of the car - why? Maybe to protect herself because maybe he has hit her before or he has a violent behavior?) Also, why was only he charged and she not?

There is another passenger in the car. (what are they doing this whole time especially since they were arguing w/the guy about his reckless driving. Did they just sit there and watch?)

So I do think this couple has some issues and if they are smart they would think first before getting into a marriage that probably will be violent and abusive because look what it already shows just after a proposal - just my opinion.

But wait, there's more...
They're already marketing themselves to make a fast buck off this. :ohwell:
