My point isn't how Trump valued it. Of course that's between him and the bank. My point is that any judge deciding this thing has a value of 18 million is clearly insaneI could put any value I want on any of my stuff.
Doesn't mean anyone would, or should, hand over that much cash if they wanted it.
And if I'm trying to secure a loan against my stuff, it would be up to the bank to determine how much THEY value my stuff and how much they would loan me against it.
This all seems like such a non-issue to me.
So, why does Zillow value it at only 24 million? Houses right next it on postage stamps cost crazy money.
