Maybe...if it were me and I just got home from Marine boot camp, I'd probably skip the graduation ceremony altogether. I'd kind of feel like it was beneath me at this point in my development.

Electronic gadgets hanging off the belt of a uniform is only allowed if it's part of your job. Your own personal one, no. The command cell phone for the Command Duty Officer, yes.
