Hey Homie its not the back causing me the problem now, never really was. Yes the nerve was being compressed along the spinal column at L5,S1 by a bone spur that was removed, but it compressed the nerve so long that the nerve was damaged to the point that its not going to get better. I don't wish anyone the pain that I go through everyday now. It use to be a pain level of about a 6, but with acupuncture that I am currently trying it has sometimes gone down to a 4. Well enough from this old guy.

I forgot all about the race being run on Monday and didn't even think about it till there was a commercial on NBCSN during my Capitals game about Junior and some show that's he going to be doing.
