Nitwhit.... Please PM me with your soon-to-be Ex husbands contact information.

There is a divorce Attorney Id like to introduce him to.

All ya got to do is send him a letter to his last known duty station. Can't remember what ship he was on but it's in one of Nitwhores past posts...

The Navy will make sure it's forwarded to him. :yay:

that wouldn't do so well with the whole... i want to be the primary caretaker of my daughter.

Being that the hubby is serving our country most of the time you'll most likely still get full custody even if you do tell the judge that you're a cheating whore. :yay:

P.S. If you choose to lie about the adultery then you must be legally seperated for one year before you can file for divorce.

Yeah, i'll put it directly like that in court. That i was a cheating whore. I'm sure that will just make the judges day.

Nit, it does not matter where you got married. You file for divorce where you live now if you have met the residency requirement which is typically a year.

Since you and he both live in VA now you file there. You do not have to go back to where you got married to get divorced.

I think if either of you committed adultery, you can get a quickie divorce.

Yep, and if he can get some of the hundreds of guys who doinked her to testify he shouldn't have any trouble getting custody, child support, and maybe even alimony.

I just hope he's smart enough to go after her. Of course, if he was smart he never would have married her in the first place.

that will work... Along with the link to SOMD forums and directions on how to use the search function...

The other attorney would have a field day with all the information nitwhit left in here, to be forever documented...

Doesn't Juggy have to show up in court to say "yes" he poked you? If not then anyone could lie for a quickie, without corroboration.

She was just looking for an excuse to come up here.

Now she'll need to figure out another reason to come visit Juggy and his meat hammer.

Just a witness. Could be the other guy that was taking care of the other end, or the one taking the pictures.. just someone with firsthand knowledge.
