And they do have hotels in the area. Just go to Orbitz or wherever and input "Slippery Rock, PA". There are hotels in and around the town.

I'm gonna try to go...I've been wanting to take the lil somewhere for a weekend...just the two of us. She had sooooooooo much fun today...I'm sure she'd have a blast.

Slippery Rock is just north of Pittsburgh.. There is a college campus there, but not very much else.. nice downtown area. but you have Sharon, PA that is failry close, Pittsburgh and all of it's surrounding suburbs.. and an Outlet mall about 10 minutes away..

Look on a Map for I 79 coming out of Pittsburgh.. Slippery Rock will be to the East about 30 miles or so outside of Pittsburgh..
