Worse comes to worst, you could probably buy Maryland anything (flags, t-shirts, mugs, keychains) at BWI or at hotel gift-shops near BWI.

If you look at the flag where it connects to the halyard the flags have printing by the manufacturer there. The printing goes to the top, that is the easiest way to determine the top of any flag even the US flags are printed that way.
