I love how the bully's grandmother and father's biggest concern was "how did the mom get into the school and to the bully so fast with no one stopping her." When it SHOULD be "Why did this mom do this to my daughter?" or "What does my daughter do at school to this student to make this mom so angry at her?"
Pandering to the media to drum up the baseline for a lawsuit. No concern on their little angel's behavior that may have caused this situation.

We read about kids being bullied and committing suicide, but we have never read of a bully committing suicide, so who is in the greater danger here and what did the school do about the bullying. Yes the Grandmother needs her ass kicked.

Yep and battery is technically a completed assault. Which is why many laws now refer to both assault and battery singularly as assault.

Happened when my son was in elem school, bully was always pushing and hitting him. One day bully was tripped down steps... knocked both front teeth out. Teacher said she didn't see anything. I was single father at the time and worked 50 hours a week, gave him the best advice I could.

There was a kid bigger than me in 6th grade, he'd bully me.
I got angry one day and saw him on the playground talking to a couple of his friends.
I walked up, tapped him on the shoulder and when he turned his head to see who, I cold cocked him.
It was satisfying to see him laying there.

I was bullied by a guy in jr hi. He was in the same gym class as I and was pushing me around for about a week. Finally he tried to push me over a bench in front of my gym locker and I just went off on him. Gym teacher came running into the locker room, saw the bully with his nose bleeding and yelled at me to go directly to his office while he took care of the bully. He came into his office, told me to close his door..and then he just smiled, shook my hand and said I was wondering when you were going to stand up for yourself.
