I have only read the Post's report, so I don't have another version to compare it against. I have to think there would be enough forensic evidence to confirm or break their story - fingerprints, marks on the mother (she was supposedly hit quite a few times), and blood spatter.

Yup, all charged cell phones whether active or not can call 911, now whether she knew that or not.....

I was about to agree with GB, but your point is better. She may have known she was out of minutes and didn't bother trying 911 via her phone. :shrug:


The Post did not mention it, but I wonder if the guy said anything when the cops arrived; supposedly he said little, but fought against them.
