First of all, saying that he would enjoy taking GOVERNMENT money is like saying he doesnt have money of his own and depends on or looks forward to getting something for nothing. I take offense to that because if I tooted at you would you feel like the government money would shut me up?

The tax system was set-up before I was born. I don't care enough to want to think about it or dwell on it. I choose not to get bent out shape behind tax dollars that I can't control the use of. It's a waste of energy and mind space and being angry about the way it's being abused steps on the toes of those who really need it because no one thinks about them when they talk about people on government assistance.

Not so much powerless, government assistance is needed and to take it away would be wrong. There are some people who can't work and need help. If you let people get sick and starve or live in poor health until they die and since they're poor who will have to pay to bury them? The government. It's needed and I would rather see it available to those who need it regardless of those who abuse it. Why make those who need it suffer alongside those who abuse it. When caught the abusers lose their benefits. That's good enough for me.
