Warfield was a VP at LaPlata, he was not worth 2 shiats IMO. We had Cecil as a principal and he was the biggest tool... I liked Weirich as a principal LOT better.

Mr. Burick and my brother were arch rivals. :killingme

Warfield was VP at LPHS when I went there. Weirich was the principal. His daughter was one of my bestest friends.

My dealings with him and Somers MS as a whole showed me just how big a problem racism is in this country. And the schools up here do nothing about it.

I remember in Florida, they used to have several months devoted to cultural awareness and they'd expose elementary school kids to different cultures and things. Plus they have Epcot down there. I just don't see the same type of education around here.

And if the schools even tried, you know how many parents would show up at the board with signs protesting saying the schools are "brainwashing our children." :rolleyes:

Just take a look at WildCherry yesterday -- she showed just exactly how parents teach hate. And I feel so bad for her kids and hope CPS will take them. Hate is something that's learned.
