I agree!!

I too had a great experience with 1-800-Mattress!!! After a slipped disc, I had a hard time sleeping and ended up deciding I needed a better mattress. I searched for a while and really felt kind of lost, and 1-800-Mattress worked best for me. They knew a bit about my injury and helped me pick out a great new bed.
Hope it worked out well for you!

I've always wanted to try out those new puffy NASA material ones. Has anyone tried one of these?
I bought one of the pillows just to try it out first. Ended up throwing it out because it was hot as hell. Woke up every morning with the side of my head sopping wet.

I have one of the mattress toppers thingys and I love it! I think you waking up with the side of your head sopping wet is more of a personal problem than a pillow issue.

Maybe she weighs 110 pounds and he's a strapping guy of 6' 4" weighing in at 275 pound..you know...an athlete.
6' 4" 275 pounds isn't an athlete unless he plays baseball.. I'm 6'3" and at 235 I'm not skinny..

When flipping a mattress, it should be on the longitudinal, and then the lateral axis. In English, flip it around and then end-for-end. Works pretty good. A memory foam mattress topper can work wonders, but it will only delay the inevitability of buying a new mattress.

What's up with hubby? Sounds like he should be so lucky to have a lady slide down next to him.

Does anyone know how to get a mattress that suitable for a couple of different sizes? My DH is two-and-a-half times the size of me. When we slept in our old, firm mattress, I rolled into him every night. We bought a fancy new soft pillow top mattress a couple years ago but it seems to be indented where he sleeps now. I get a backache each morning, possibly because we flip the mattress & I end up sleeping in a dent, so I'm looking for another solution. I was thinking of getting a memory foam mattress but the manufacturer said it would also end up with a depression over time. I imagine his side may end up wearing out fast, particularly if we stop flipping the mattress. So now I'm thinking of getting two twin mattresses. I don't know. Does anyone else have this problem - what works for you?

My wife and I bought a sleep number bed because we had the same problem. She loved sleeping on a very firm mattress, which caused me to have backaches. Now we both sleep according to our own comfort levels. We currently sleep on a king sized mattress so it gives us room to roll around without disturbing each other.

Maybe he's a wrestler? Like Hulk Hogan.

:lmao: He was a football player. Your post made me laugh because the wrestlers I know are all very agile. DH doesn't have that gift.
