This amendment would also allow the will of one parent that desires their boy/girl to become a girl/boy, to prevail over that of the objections of the other parent that may be against such procedures.

This is how it might play out. Picture this scenario. A couple has boy, a wonderfully cute perfect baby son. But the mother doesn't, didn't, want a son. In fact, she, down deep, hates boys, and has always wanted a girl. With such a Constitutional amendment, over the objections of her husband/boyfriend, could begin transitioning the boy to a girl as early as one month old. That would make her so happy and content, and make everything in the world right as rain. Ahhh. The wonders of modern medicine.
