Greetings!
As you know, per Governor Hogan's mandate, we have been told to close our doors for the next few weeks. We are hopeful that we will be allowed to reopen around April 1st, however it's anyone's guess at this point. We must take it day by day. Until we can reopen, our staff will not be in the clubs to answer questions. This email should give you answers to some of the questions you may have.
We remain in continuous communication with ABC Financial (who processes our membership billing), and we are confident we will put the best plan in place for our members. You will be billed as usual for your membership dues in April. If you have automatic debit for Kids Club you will not be charged for Kids Club in April, even if the mandate is lifted and we are allowed to open in April.
If you have recently purchased a short-term membership paid in full, we will add the days we were closed to the end of your term.
We will come up with a plan to credit ACTIVE membership accounts for days we were mandated to close. We will have more information once the mandate is over. Should we be mandated to stay closed through April, we will NOT be billing your account in May. As you can imagine, this is an unfamiliar situation for all of us, but we have every intention of doing the right thing by our members.
Please know that your RESULTS Health & Fitness family is here with you during this unsettling time and we will be here again when we are able to welcome you back to the club.
