Made a meatloaf and instead of using bread crumbs I used stove top stuffing, it came out great!

Used to make it using 80% burger 20% sausage (mixed thoroughly) and crushed Wheaties instead of bread crumbs.

Best part about meatloaf is the day-later cold sammiches.

I like to mix the ingredients together in the morning and let them meld all day in the fridge. Bake in the pm. UmmUmm good.
Now I want meatloaf!

My missus makes a killer meatloaf. She puts all kinds of stuff in them...including BBQ sauce, Lipton soup mix, liquid smoke, diced onion, eye of newt..

She makes an awesome mac and cheese to go with the meatloaf too...
