A reasonably abled person would wonder what they think happened with Pompeo's weight loss. If it wasn't through diet and exercise, as Pompeo claims, what was it?

If you read the story, it's a bunch of soy boy "personal trainer" twits fretting and stewing. Which is hilarious because they are the ones who tout diet and exercise as a path to weight loss, now they're saying it doesn't work if you're Mike Pompeo.

My mind went to some implied drug use or untold illness, like Pompeo for the 'rona and lost a bunch of weight
If that were the case Hollywood would be lining up for their infections.
It's just amazing to me that people have nothing better to do than obsess over this. When it was my kids idling about I'd tell them to go clean their room.
