The new proprietor has improved the place 155%. His on-course skills are not in question. BUT, he really has to work on his people skills. He can come off as a bit rude and nitpicking. My course etiquette is almost perfect, I will leave the course better than I found it......but don't bitch if I didn't return my cart to where I first got it. In the big picture, customers can save or break the game of golf.
