You know, that's almost like making a roadside stop to relieve yourself; you go off behind a tree, water it, start to put things back in their place only to find there are 15 people behind you shooting a commercial for a TV advertisement about the environment!

OK, something like that did happen to me in W. Germany, years back, but nobody was shooting a commercial; just some other tourists walking by a few yards away that I didn't see at first.
Now over there, they don't even bother to find some shrubs or trees to get behind. A spider web will do. To them it's a natural function, so why bother to hide it?
But back to Mathews' case - what an inopportune time to release the waste?
It shouldn't have been done in the first place, take it to a landfill, or some other waste site - but geeez, was there noone looking out the window?

I get what you're saying, but when the driver was getting near the bridge, what was he looking at?

It ain't exactly like a dog taking a leak on fire hydrant, now is it?
He doesn't have to worry about "Hello, anybody down there?"

I said earlier, it shouldn't have been done in the first place, but how about a little common sense if you're going to try to get away with poluting the river;
Oh well, women have been saying all along that we men don't have very good aim anyhow!
