Metrocast contact info..HELP!

I need to contact Metrocast in Hollywood. But when I call,I get a call center in Pennsylvania. I need the direct number and no one seems to have it,not even the call center. Anyone have a direct line or an extension maybe? TIA for any help!

Not sure what time you called. But if you call before they open it automaticly goes to that PA number. And they are less then helpful.

I use them and I can say with out a doubt that their cable service is crap. They are way overpriced, offer less HD channels than the compatition, and have an on-demand service that sub par to say the least.

They have no competition. There is no other cable service provider in the area? Last time I checked, they were not much higher than satellite. :shrug:

Exactly, they have no cable competition. That is part of the reason their service is so bad. I used to pay 175 per month for metrocast. I pay 110 a month for Direct TV. With Direct TV I am paying less money and get about 75 more HD channels than metrocast. Metrocast is by far the worst cable company I have ever had.

It's Sylvan. Apparently, it is not working. And I find it extremely hard to believe that you were paying $175 per month for cable.

I just chekced one of my old bills. this total was from a bill 3 months ago was 173.85.


Here is thier price breakdown
Digital Plus - 67
HBO - 13
Show - 13
Starz - 9
HD service - 10
Internet - 42
DVR - 16
Internet Modem Maintenance Fee - 3

$98.00/mth for expanded basic and HS internet. No problems with them at all. Very happy with the service. :yay:

Sulivan is behind Sylvan in the alley....

Metrocast does suck....I had directTV and was content....upgraded to HD and couldn't get the signal (live in the woods) so i'm condemened to MetroHell.....I really hope Fios gets here sooner than expected.....not holding breath.

You get all of that for $110 per month with satellite? I have heard that the satellite internet was expensive.

I have metrocast for internet. - 42 bucks a month
I have Direct TV with every sigle channel and pay 110 per month.

With metrocast I didn't even get every channel they offer at 175 a month.

I pay about 25 less per month than I did going through metrocast. I get more chanels and have better picure quality. With metrocast channels 2-99 are all analog and look horible on a large TV. The only digital channels with metrocast are 100 and above. Every sigle direct TV channel is digital.
