Metrocast contact info..HELP!

I have metrocast for internet. - 42 bucks a month
I have Direct TV with every sigle channel and pay 110 per month.

With metrocast I didn't even get every channel they offer at 175 a month.

I pay about 25 less per month than I did going through metrocast. I get more chanels and have better picure quality.

According to you, you also got the internet for that $173 per month. I heard that they've added alot more HD channels now. :shrug:

metrocast tv with metrocast internet 175 per month
direct tv with metrocast internet - 155 per month


metrocast claimed they were adding new HD channels in January and raised the rates. As of today they have not added any of thier promised new HD channels to the lineup.

not to try and stick up for the clowns, but the last few weeks we have gotten a lot more channels in the HD range...and a few others like FitTV?

Gave up seeking a number and went in to the office. I have not had a very good experience with Metrocast,and would love to switch providers,but satellite is the only option. I had DirectTv at one time and they did not offer internet,and their service would go out at the first raindrop..any of you have Dish? I have heard great things about them. Also,I have been long looking forward to bundling everything with Verizon..any news as to when that will be possible?

I'm really not trying to argue. Just curious about it all. I had heard that they added new channels. I don't have an HD television. I'm happy just watching television.

Metrocast is getting ready to offer a bundle for phone, internet, and cable. I don't think the Verizon is going to offer the Fios any time soon.

does anyone still just have the regular cable? its horrible where were at, just a mile south of gate 3. i can barely even see whats on anymore because theres so much static..

North of you though, in hollywood. It could also depend on how many tv's you have hooked up in ratio to how good the signal is in your area :yay:

Thanks for the warning, I was thinking of going metrocast.

If they cant get their phone answered locally they can kis my azz/


Wish I could say that to the phone company. twenty minutes to get to a human is too long and they dont have DSL where I live. I am still waiting to get my discount because I cant get it LMAO , as if they care.
