I find it extremely questionable that the video is started only right at the moment when the building starts to collapse, and not at at preceding moments before. It is like this on all videos from this camera's location.

Here's the video where it was recorded by a phone camera and someone says, "go" to start at the moment of collapse, rather then a few moments before to give more perspective. I'd really like to see at least 15 to 20 seconds or longer before the collapse. All other videos have the white screen and "go" edited out.

To watch video at start repeatedly, just keep hitting your left arrow key to restart the video at the beginning.

I'm as curious as the next person and I love a good conspiracy theory, but what would be the reason for someone or some group to level this particular building? If it was somehow detonated to implode or something, where are any witnesses saying they heard any type of explosions?

Pictures of past issues. I'm thinking the condo owners, individually, and the board, were kicking the can down the road for a long time. Probably thinking, 'we've paid millions for this condo, we shouldn't need to spend more, building should be fine'. Seems complacency can kill.

Oh, hopefully you didn't take offense. Nothing was directed at you. I agree about seeing more video footage. I just can't wrap my head around why this building would be something someone would want to demolish.

I just looked up exactly where that building was. I spent a lot of time about two miles up the road in Bal Harbor. I can't speak to the condos but the hotels all had a significant underground section, the Sheraton had a small mall under it with a gift shop, arcade, clothing store and some other stuff.

This is a very ritzy area, the shops of Bal harbor always had Ferraris Lamborghinis, Rolls Royce's in the parking lot when I was there. I think Nordstrom's was the cheapest store in that place.
