Honestly, whenever some pro athlete gets nasty with the "fans", you can't hardly blame him. They way some of those jerks act, they shouldn't be allowed to be there in the first place. I don't think it's even close to the Kramer situation.

It is just as bad. What Kramer did was at a small club. It was also an adult oriented show. So everyone there new at the very least they would hear some curse words.

What micheal Vick did was on national TV and millions of you kids saw this.
All of these kids saw this player that they look up to do it. So they will think it is ok for them.

How many people really look up to Kramer? I'm sure it isn't that many.

Actually, when they started talking about this on the post game shows, they said when Vick apologized the press had no idea what he was talking about. The camera did not show that, I am sure however more than one camera caught it but it was not broadcast while it happened...

RON MEXICO
My brother in law and I were talking about football and Ron Mexico came up. He said the Falcons suspended the sale of team jerseys with Vick's number and MEXICO on the back. :lmao:

That guy deserved that - friggin' drunk ass.

exactly my point. I'm sorry but if i had people heckling me, they would get more than the finger. I know he's a role model and all, but between the music and the movies out there that kids have readily available, i don't think the middle finger is doing that much harm.

I was at a skins-cowboys game in the early 90's and James Washington who was then on the Cowboys got just a tad bit close to the stands, a drunken idiot dumped a cup of beer on him... He took his helmet off and swung it at the guy but missed before he was restrained...(Can't say I blame him)

I don't blame him either but if he would have hit the fan. That fan would have probably gotten a 5 to 6 figure payday.

You know Vrai, I remember a NASCAR Nextel Cup race at Chicago where a bunch of Dale Jr. fans were throwing #### all over the track at Jeff Gordon. Bill Weber had said something about "very low class behavior." Of course the Dale Jr. fans went and attacked Weber.

Here's why they were mad, Matt Kenseth got loose, Gordon got to his rear bumper and turned him. Junyer did the EXACT same thing a few weeks later and of course there was a perfectly logical reason for it.

This is the kind of stuff that's turning me on to IHRA and ARCA.

TWO! Bill Lester and Juan Pablo Montoya. And of course, when JP was wrecked out at Homestead, everybody went to "Ryan Newman's racist"

I would rather rip my own larynx out than watch NASCAR.

Now our good friend Mikey has gone from flicking people off to smuggling drugs. :tsktsktsk:
The bottle was found to have a hidden compartment that contained “a small amount of dark particulate and a pungent aroma closely associated with marijuana,” the report said. The compartment was hidden by the bottle’s label so that it appeared to be a full bottle of water when held upright, police said.
Dark particulant- :killingme
