I was thinking dash cam or body camera - in case he gets struck while crossing the street or roughed up by the officer for minding his own business - you know - racism and all that because of his/her skin color

PS.... the visitor is back. Shotgun blast last 15 minutes. Will need to wait it out until he eats all he dumped on the ground last night. Then see what happens.

Kind of like the bear version of an ankle monitor.

I put two cement pavers on top of our trash can to keep the raccoon out. Came out this morning and the two pavers were moved. Those things aren't light so this raccoon must be jacked to be able to move both!
