If any of you guys can explain how this is in any way similar to Trump intentionally taking documents to his home, improperly storing them, allowing unknown people to access them, refusing to return them after repeated requests i will admit you are right and will never post on this forum again.

Good luck.

You did it for us.

They were improperly taken to private property, improperly stored
(18 U.S.C. 1924 - Unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material), and accessible by unknown people.

Bu-bye! :howdy:

Pretty much everything you said here is a lie. Every single one is a Liberal MSM talking point. None of it has been proved and how is that indictment coming along?

It's actually all proven in the search warrant and affidavit. Where is the lie?

How did they get to MAr-a-Lago? He took them. Proves that one.

In total, the government has recovered more than 300 documents with classified markings from Mr. Trump since he left office, the people said: that first batch of documents returned in January, another set provided by Mr. Trump’s aides to the Justice Department in June and the material seized by the F.B.I. in the search this month.

The previously unreported volume of the sensitive material found in the former president’s possession in January helps explain why the Justice Department moved so urgently to hunt down any further classified materials he might have.

And the extent to which such a large number of highly sensitive documents remained at Mar-a-Lago for months, even as the department sought the return of all material that should have been left in government custody when Mr. Trump left office, suggested to officials that the former president or his aides had been cavalier in handling it, not fully forthcoming with investigators, or both.

National Archives officials spent much of 2021 trying to get back material from Mr. Trump, after learning that roughly two dozen boxes of presidential records material had been lingering in the White House residence for several months. Under the Presidential Records Act, all official material remains government property and has to be provided to the archives at the end of a president’s term.

10 documents that Biden's lawyers notified DOJ and the National Archive and then handed over VS 325 documents that the DOJ and National Archive had to notify Trump's lawyers about....and then Trump refused to return.

The only similarity is that there were documents involved.

The criminal part of Trump's situation is that he refused to return the documents. Trump's lawyers went so far as to sign official statements claiming the documents weren't in Trump's possession!!

:roflmao:

You bots do march in lockstep and recite your talking points to the letter.

:lmao:

IS that supposed to be english?

Bidens documents were in a locked safe in his office and were immeditely turned over once the FBi was notified. Unlike Trump who took his to his home intentionally and refused to return them.

Try to keep up.

Proven:

The documents were discovered when Mr. Biden's personal attorneys "were packing files housed in a locked closet to prepare to vacate office space at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C.," Sauber said in a statement to CBS News. The documents were contained in a folder that was in a box with other unclassified papers, the sources said. The sources revealed neither what the documents contain nor their level of classification. A source familiar with the matter told CBS News the documents did not contain nuclear secrets.

Sauber also said that on the same day the material was discovered, Nov. 2, the White House counsel's office notified the National Archives, which took possession of the materials the following morning.
