This is a fake story in that when you watch the video it is clear the crew member is not waving the fake hand at the couple who missed the boat. Based on the angle of the ship and the guy behind standing behind the bridge, he can’t see them , they can’t see him. A fake headline and no need for RCCL to respond to this nonsense.
