That last personal foul was a bit ticky tacky on Jon Beason.
Jones basically rode Beason in the bench. Beason let go but I guess not soon enough. So, if Benson goes for the wrap-up he'll get a penalty because of the momentum. If he doesn't go for the wrap-up then he risks Felix Jones staying in bounds for a larger gain.

It's been a game of penalties, so far. I agree with you on that one. Clean kill from the referee standpoint, but I think he was just caught up in it.
