Mold remediation services

Please share your positive/negative experience with any of the mold remediation services in St Mary's. I left a message with Servpro but would like to hear from other homeowners that used them for mold issues (pros and cons), and get some other ideas of who else I could call for the job (I want estimates from at least 2 or 3 different companies). There's no water damage or flooding but I keep finding mold in our basement. I know we need to locate/fix the root cause... we've already made 3 or 4 changes/repairs that we thought might fix it, and set off 5 mold foggers, but it's still growing mold and I need to hire a professional to take care of it (the do-it-yourself approach is not working). I want a knowledgeable & honest company that will get rid of it once and for all.

I used Guardian (Leonardtown) for a rather extensive mold remediation issue in our basement (we bought a foreclosure). We were pleased/satisified with them. My friends had a job performed by Duraclean (Waldorf, I think) and they were pleased with them too. So I vote for getting a quote from both and seeing what you think.

Servpro is a bunch of thieves. Do not sign their contract without consulting your attorney first. He will confirm.
Personal expierience.

Many other better companies in the area.

A google search for ADCO Innovations showed "website coming soon"... how old is this company? It also shows up as the same phone number for mold stoppers LLC (and vice versa). Has anyone had work done by ADCO and/or Mold Stoppers?
