Dancing Up A Storm
Ok, I've thought about it since getting up this morning, and I guess I'll eat some crow, as it were.ylexot said:Ok, let's assume that her name was on a list at the Wal-Mart. It still isn't Wal-Mart's fault. In that case, they had a procedure in place that the clerk didn't follow.
The practice I spoke of was something this regional area set up, ie., sharing violent incident reports between store managers for dissemination to sensitive areas in the stores, like firearm sales.
That may not be the case in the Denton, Tx area, so I have to admit if it was not, then I am wrong and that Wal*Mart store is not at fault.
Besides, as other folks have stated, if it wasn't a Wal*Mart store the young gal was buying the firearm at, she'd have gone somewheres else.
