Probably not related to the monitor at all. Both ATI and Nvidia, possibly Intel and others, graphics drivers have options to rotate the output. Just reset this option and all should be normal.

so I need to go into the control panel to adjust graphics?

Start Settings Control Panel Display Settings Advanced and look for rotation option

Or right click on your screen properties settings advanced and look for rotation options

There is nothing wrong with your monitor. Do not attempt to adjust the picture...

I was thinking of that....:killingme

I was at work when one of the people who works there called me with the problem. I said "this I have got to see!".... Just as I was going out with the instructions from this forum, the IT guy Walt, was finishing up [he did what y'all told me to do... exactly]....

So thanks... they now know that I can go to SOMD Online and get a correct answer in the same time it takes to call in the IT guy.... lol

You can also press Ctrl + Alt + Down arrow key to cycle through the different screen rotations. Beats having to tilt your head to navigate through the windows to change the display settings.
