pssst... Its the crab dip!!!Originally posted by John Z
Macaroni Grill is awesome. But it might be just too nice for SoMD. I mean, what folks 'round here like is Olive Garden. Packed to the gills EVERY FREAKIN' DAY OF THE YEAR in Waldorf. I drive by there shaking my head every time. Lot is full at 5pm every night. Do they put nicotine in the food there or something? Or do people just love the chairs with the wheels on 'em?

Crab dip you say? Shall I run o'er there now and try it? Along with a bottomless pasta bowl thingy? What would be an acceptable wait? 2.5 hours?
I noticed that, too. I don't think it's a full-scale franchise, but instead some type of service that provides the menu items. I don't know enough about the restaurant business to know for sure. Still, I like their food a lot.tipsy mcgee said:I went to Cerro Grande, the new mexican place in the Days Inn (Old Belvedere) on Saturday night and it must be affiliated with Monterey. Almost the same menu and same chip dip and good eats. We walked in at about 6:45 and were the only people in there.
