I am so very blessed
Balsamic vinaigrette then sprinkle with Tastefully Simple season salt before putting on the grill
I sprinkled some balsamic vinegar (just a tiny amount) on some fresh strawberries the other night......oh, my, goodness. Delicious!

Where do you get grapeseed oil?

I buy mine at the commissary, but you can also get it online:

Heritage Products Grapeseed Oil 100% Pure Expeller Pressed 16 fl oz Liquid - Swanson Health Products

Grapeseed Oil from Heritage Products is 100% pure expeller pressed oil. Unlike other oils, grapeseed oil has no cholesterol.
It's also the highest oil in linoleic acid (76%).
It makes for a great, mild-tasting alternative for olive oil. Another great characteristic of grapeseed oil is its high smoking point.
It can be heated to 485 degrees with no smoking or burnt taste. Versatile grapeseed oil enhances the flavor of any food and is excellent for salads.
Contains: No Trans- Fatty Acids or Preservatives and is not Hydrogenated.

I do when I grill. Especially when it is chicken because cold, grilled, marinated chicken chunked up on a salad for dinner during the week is da bomb! :yim:

Yeah it is, lol, and I'm sure it saves time. Guess I'm just a weirdo in thinking it *might* dry out in reheating (especially steak). I mean, I do eat (and reheat) leftovers...just, only when they're actually leftovers. Besides, grilling doesn't take long and I love stuff fresh off the grill. I could see marinating everything in advance (depending on the marinade) but grilling??? Maybe I should try it though :yay:
