Most Popular Cruise Ports

I've been to 5 of them as well. I'd love to drive across country in the rv, park on the west coast cruise to Alaska, fly from there to Hawaii and cruise back to CA.

I know - in my dreams...........

I've been to 8 out of 10 of those ports. Have NOT been to Grand Turk or Princes Cays. I am surprised there were no European ports on the list. Some of my favorite have been the Canary Islands!

Skip Cozumel...

Any place that offers armored cars.for their visitors security is NOT for.me.

San Miguel, AZORES.... BEAUTIFUL... But we had the.best tour guide.

I was surprised also. However a lot of the ports listed are most popular because they are also the most affordable options, which is why I assume they are the most popular for cruisers.

I've heard the same thing as well. Would love to go there some day.

I've hit a couple of the ports, Nassau being my favorite. I really want to visit Grand Turk -- this port has a ton of cool things.

I'm 3 weeks post cruise and I have the cruise blues some kinda' bad. :frown:

There are some great deals for the week of Easter! I am 6 weeks post cruise and have seriously considered an Easter Cruise. I have already put a deposit on a Med cruise in September, and deposit has been made on another caribbean cruise for next January.

I have always enjoyed Cozumel and have always felt safe there. I was there Christmas day one year and was surprised how many shops were open.

I love Cozumel, especially Paradise Beach. Had some of the best guacamole there with some yummy beverages.

I've been eyeballing the Carnival Pride for the week of Easter which is spring break for St Mary's County. Carnival wants $899 PP for an interior. NO WAY!!!

Ehhh I had enough of mexico & their ports while living in San Diego. They get old after awhile...but I am sure the same can be said of the other ports as well.

There were armed soldiers/police at every corner, trucks driving by with squads of soldiers.... There were no incidents while we were there, but this and the armored limos had me worried about how safe we really were there.

I've been going to the caribbean for 20+ years and don't recall ever seeing anything like that, however, that could deter me from going again. Now I have seen some places in Europe like that.

Interesting how that works. I hit 5 of those ports within two cruises.

I hit four in ONE. Not so sure this list is comprehensive enough, unless they are focused on "budget" and not just popular or best.
