Mudvayne's new album - For the People, By The People :boo:

One of my favorites bands but it's mostly a bunch of unreleased demo tracks of their more popular songs. The audio quality is horrible for the most part too. There's a few newer songs but not enough to justify buying the album, in my opinion.

Sevendust - Chapter VII (released today) :yay:

I was a lil' skeptical of what their new album would sound like (hoping they didn't go soft like the Deftones did) and it doesn't dissapoint! Awesome, heavy music! :yay:

I just let my nano go.....but with 6G of music, I find myself hitting the skip button a lot.....

This thread has inspired me to come up with a playlist for my workout..it will be an hour of lifting music followed by an hour of cardio music. More to follow...

Lifting Playlist

Crossroads - A7X
We Still Fight- Hatebreed
Archetype - Fear Factory
The Devil's Own - Five Fingered Death Punch
What Drives the Weak - Shadows Fall
Sidewinder - A7X
Dead Skin Mask - Slayer
Fixation on the Darkness - Killswitch Engage
Chapter IV - A7X
Hatebreed - I Will Be Heard
Cradle of Filth - Mannequin
Pantera - Suicide Note Pt. 2
How the Gods Kill - Danizg

Cardio

Sigllium Diaboli - H.I.M.
Strength of the World - A7X
10's - Pantera
CrushCrushCrush - Paramore
Poison Girl - H.I.M.
Wicked End - A7X
Misfits - Hybrid Moments
You are the One - Shiny Toy Guns
Infra-Red - Placebo
Hysteria - Muse

Not sure if the times on those are right...but I think personally that is gonna be tough to beat.

Obviously my lifting and cardio music differs...When I'm on the Tmill or elliptical, my desire to kill is greatly reduced...ah ha ha
