Not all HOA's are anal (unless you're the problem) and it seems like this is a perfect reason why I should be sad for you. At least my neighbors and I have a document that will hold up in a court when people don't follow the rules driving property values down, what do you have??? :coffee:

Why don't the people around here do something about it? You don't want gangs, make a move against it:shrug:pretty soon, the mess will spread out of Lexington Park like a fungus and then it will be too late.:frown: I think that if people made a concerted effort to improve the quality of life in this area we could curb the sprawl of crime and garbage.

I've seen carloads of Hispanics drive down my street looking for empty places or rental signs....

My girlfriend moved from her home of 5 years because the trailer across the street from her was rented to 8 people, one was charged with raping a 16 year old mentally disabled girl.

I had a friend lose the lease on her house because the owner was getting a pack of workers to rent it for more money... I guess you can afford alot of rent if you have income from 10 people:lol:

if they're "decent", why would you care? Unless.... oh no you dont think they could be illegal? If you called the cops and had them raided, only to turn out they were not only legal, but full fledged citizens, would you even care that you made a mistake in judgment?

I am saying I am pretty sure as 99% I havent been there in awhile because the food SUCKS! My prejudice... I never said HE personally was illegal, I said sad thing is that most probably arent, and I am in no way hurting their business I never said DONT EAT THERE HE IS ILLEGAL. Get your facts straight hunny before jumping to conclusions.
