Outage map shows a number of one-sy and two-sy outages south of St. Marys City, a couple on SGI, with crews actively working.

Crossing my fingers here in the 7D. After losing power Sunday for the better part of the day, I'm really not in the mood for another outage.

It's getting very noisy outside...a breeze just came rolling in off the water and now our trees are steadily shedding large amounts of ice and numerous branches....

Just talked to my daughter in Dallas a few minutes ago. Her condo now has power reliably on and she has cold water...just no hot water. She said the roads around her are still a mess..mostly impassable except with a capable 4x4.

I walked out the lane to the mailbox..and 1/4" thick pieces of ice, 2-3" long, were raining down from my huge pines the whole way.

I hope mine shed some before they get overloaded. The Weather Underground calls for more in the morning. I'm just hoping we make it to, at least daylight, without losing power.

Just heard and felt (the house moved) a very low rumble and thud, lights flickered. I guess my neighbors heard it too, at least two of them were peering out the windows like I was. I assume a very big tree fell nearby.
