Murder?

Weird story. It's possible that I've watched one too many episodes of Snapped, but body in a well. What kind of wells do we have around here that you just fall in to or maybe accidentally relocate your body in, like maybe while you're cleaning it or something? I smell a rat. House was on fire, person is missing, body located in well equals foul play in my book.

Wife told me that story when I got home yesterday. Every horror and cop show we ever watched got brought up.

The there was a post on Facebook about this and someone brought up a Lassie reference, someone posted they didn't k how who this Lassie person was. We're old.
It's not OLD - Lassie was ALMOST before my time - and I know who Rin Tin Tin is, and he was in my parent's time. All of the original Lassie films were 40's and 50's, and the TV show ran throughout the 60's.

This is generations of persons who are convinced that if it happened before they were born, they're excused from knowing anything about it.

There you go with your gender assumptions! Lassie was a male Collie! You need to curtail your crossgenderphobia!
That's correct, although Lassie was referred to as a GIRL in the movies and TV.
That's one of those trivia questions you get, that all of the Lassie actors were male.

My grandfather used to call him Run Tin Can.

Lassie gets all the press and nobody remembers Yukon King.

You know, with some of the doofuses that have moved down here the last twenty years or so I can think of a dozen ways someone could end up at the bottom of a well and their house burning that don't add up to murder.

Yeah, I actually passed by that house on the way home from the ER and thought, maybe someone with Altimizers - yes I horribly botched the spelling.

Just got done reading that. 53, wow that's pretty young. You know what this county needs? Another Ken Rossagalenanexlkjla (whatever his last name was) Ken would have been all over this, speculating what happened, who was involved...may not have been true but that man was a genius when it came to spicing things up.
