I'm often in awe of the power of the weather and the elements out west. It's very different than the east coast of the US where I'm mostly lived and worked.
West Texas winds, August hail storm in Flagstaff, distance rain over the Grand Canyon being a few examples. While we were in the mountains overlooking Las Cruces, NM, we saw the dirt devils in the distance. Often there were 2 of them swirling around at the same time.
