Guess she missed the day they taught them to use a seatbelt

From what I'm told, the majority of police/fire do not buckle up. Look at the PGPD guy that recently passed from his crash. What would the outcome have been had he been belted? Young guy too! I guess age doesn't really matter. Still a sad tragedy.

Dunno who tells you the majority of fire guys don't buckle up, but our department is pushing the use of seat belts, and we make a conscious effort to buckle up going to and coming from calls, emergency response or not.
