I am hoping that you are doing better today. It's rough seeing something like that, but know that there was nothing you could have done for him, or her.

Someone who knew Clinton his whole life

I was there at the scene shortly after the accident happened. From what I saw with my own eyes, his hat was on the edge of the road and his shoes were in the shoulder. He never ties them. Clinton has been walking route 5 for many years and has never once walked in the roadway, so to say he was and based on what evidence I saw it just plain incorrect information. He has a baby on the way due any day now and he was always careful while walking. He was also wearing a white shirt, red and black hat and red socks. How is that non reflective clothing?!?!?

He was only accused of:
Rape once..
Second Degree Sex Offense once
Third Degree Sex Offense once..
Fourth Degree Sex Offenxe one
Burglary once..
Viloation of Probation once..
Trespassing once
Violation of peace order once..
Oh, and forgot.. failure to pay child support and health insurance .. once.
Apparently he already had a child(ren?) that he wasn't supporting, I would assume he'd be just a good a dad to the one born last night.

I'm a better person then that. A lesser person would say something like "according to case search he's already been in trouble for not paying child support so obviously he already has one rugrat running around. The fact that he didn't wear a condom 9 months ago and knocked up his girlfriend shouldn't make him more of a victim. The fact that he was a 29 year old man that never tied his shoes only further goes to show that he would be stupid enough to walk in the lane of traffic. but I'm much better than that. I personally would never say something like that. That poor man.

Unfortunately, the guy should have been wearing some reflective clothing. Anyone walking on the side of the road should have a safety vest on and a flashlight moving back and forth while you walk. Maybe the guy was visiting someone on the opposite side of the roadway. You stated his shoes were on the side of the road and his hat was at the curb. This could of been from the impact. Or perhaps he wasn't in his proper state of mind. Perhaps he committed suicide to avoid his arraignment scheduled for 10/711 or being a father. Point is, you don't know just like everyone else. We can only speculate.
