Heck Co 29 has hard enough time staffing their BLS ambulance, look how often a certain company from Charles has to run into St. Mary's.

I know, I know. They've been good lately though, they're actually getting first call boxes out on weekdays now. More than I can say for some other departments.

Companies 39 and 29 simply provide the building to store medics 391 and 291. The ALS unit owns and staffs the units. There was no lobbying it was the ALS units idea to put satilite units in the busiest areas.
