It startled me, because I never heard it before. I looked all over, thinking it was one of the kids toys or something. It happened a few times that day. It has happened everyday, all week long, but I now know it is definately coming from my cell phone. I have no idea WTF is happening, and I feel funny for saying this, but my phone is possessed!
I wish I knew what it was saying. I wish I knew how to stop it. If none of you can shed some light on this for me, I'll be calling Verizon tomorrow.
If I get put away, in one of those white coats, where the arms tie around the back....please know I'll miss ya'll.
What do you think is happening?

That cracked me up. Better than the ice maker even. I wish I'd seen this thread from the beginning so I could have shared in the suspense.Nanny Pam said:I just found out yeaterday that it wasn't my cell phone. It was my talking watch.

I hope my phone calls weren't too hot for you. Just think you got em for free, they cost me 9.95 a minute!
Go back to post 19. Too funny!Inkpen said:I know with in-house cordless phones, you can change the frequency.
Can you do the same with your cell?
It does sound like you are getting frequency bleed from another transmitter on the same or close to same frequency.
Does it only happen in the house or at other locations, IE; Out in town, on the road..??
Can you take it to the Verizon store and have them check it out?
Good luck!

So, are there other gadgets that also talk to you?
no...but there are a few "extra testicle" beings in this neighborhood!AndyMarquisLIVE said:Not possible, not with a modern cell phone.
Is it a Nextel? I see where it's possible if you have push-to-talk.
The government does test their new technologies out in this general area. I've seen where they'll run tests that'll open up garage doors areawide.
It's also possible you have some extra terristrial beings in your neighborhood.
This doesn't surprise me though.
