I got a pound of stuffed ham at Chaptico Market Saturday and didn't want to just have sandwiches so....

I boiled some whole wheat penne, made a cheese sauce, chopped the stuffed ham, mixed it all together and dumped it into a casserole, bake until hot through.

OMG!!!

It is ridiculous!

Stuffed ham, Linda's Café said 11.99 per pd, anything lower, I think Mckays was just over $12.00 per pd.

I need to make this again. I also have a recipe for stuffed ham and bean soup that is bowl-licking good.

They also offer a "stuffed ham pizza" !

Love me some Chiefs! :yay:

He ordered the stuffed ham for our contribution to TG dinner at friends...AND a lb of stuffed ham sausage. They are to.die.for. We had them at the St. Mary's Co Fair. I cannot wait to have them again. :cartwheel:

OMG!!!! Please share that recipe!!!

Make it like you'd make ham and bean soup, but use chopped stuffed ham (with stuffing) instead. If you make your own ham, save back the liquor from cooking it and use that in your soup broth, and slice some of the ham thicker for chunkier soup.

This is also really good if you've eaten all the ham and have stuffing left over - throw it in bean soup. YUM!!!
