My puppy dog has O.C.D.

My mom has a jackapoo that's obsessed with her ball as well. She'll even hide it for herself (under rugs and furniture) and go find it.

Not exactly sure how this makes her OCD. Seems to me like she's just craving attention.

Nothing to do with craving attention. My rotty gets all the attention he could ever want - he is just obsessed with a tennis ball. Does the same deal as everybody else explained - will just walk up and drop the thing in my lap. If you look at him though and say "i don't want to play right now" he will go lay down....for a couple minutes at least.
