When my dog jumps on me, I knock him down. I don't encourage bad behavior. :shrug:

They need to understand that they have no right to jump on anyone, especially their owner.

His AKC registered name is Agustus Hunter.
we call him Gus,, or Gus Gus, like the mouse on Cinderella.
He will be a year old in july and weighs in at a beastly 5 lbs.

BUT it is up to the OWNER...who the dog gets too jump on!!
our old dog.would jump all over us and we loved it.....but he would NEVER jump on anyone else that came in the house!!.......dog's can be trained like that!!...they know who the top dog is!!!!

Agree! He does not jump up on anyone else. Now if you pat your side and say Kiyoshi and you are me then he will jump.

I think my next one in another 20 or so years might get that name..

Come to think of it,, in 20 years it might be that or drool bucket,, all depends on my health in advanced age.


My last dog, a PeekaPoo, lived just 1 month shy of 20 years.
He suffered a stroke one night and I had to put him down.

Hardly is a year old. We have a regular zoo. Dogs, cats, turtles, tarantulas, snakes, ferrets, lizards, sugargliders...the list goes on...

Now Mystical......your house is sounding like mine!!!!....we have ball pythons, iguana's, fish, cat, dog, we had budgies but they flew away, and the girls hamsters just died...so we need replacements!!!lmao
