As long as it's between 5' & 6' tall I can bring it up the stairs from the ground floor fine by myself.

We did that over here a few times, too. There's a tree farm close by, but I'm not sure they still do it. It's a lot of work if I don't have a truck, and would have to coordinate the whole ordeal with his schedule.
