They told me 2 weeks ago we would be fully stocked w/ new product in one months time. They made the same statement today so it may be another 4 weeks. I am sorry to all the people and pet's affected by this.

Pups have been eating it for the last 4 days. Does that mean we are good to go? Exp. date is 02/25/14

Their email instructed retailers to pull and not sell any foods and some treats; which would have included the food you have; for a voluntary recall for the potential to have salmonella.

Have your dogs experienced any diarrhea or vomiting?

Since your bag is on the recall, please go to the Callaway store tomorrow for samples of Pure Vita, Earthborn, Chicken Soup or TOW.

Please call them or email them in the AM. I don't have the answers at this time.

I already tried to call. They are closed till Monday.
Didn't check the back yard this afternoon for the $hits, and after the rain that we have now it will look like the $hits. But the Pups seem fine and have lots of energy.

Do you have a replacement brand if I stop at the Callaway store tomorrow?

The CN you feed has rice in it and most of what we have is grain free. But you may try Pure Vita, Chicken soup, Beaverdam, Verus, TOW, Earthborn. The person working the store tomorrow is very knowledgeable about the foods. When switching pet foods, it is best to try to stay within the same protein and fat range to avoid stomach distress. Hopefully, your pups will like some of the samples we send you home with and they will not cause tummy issues.

I want to give you a BIG GREAT "THANK YOU!!" for keeping your customers updated on the food that they feed their loved ones. We would never hear about this on the local news.
